Our Rental Properties

Riviera Experience offers seven unique apartments in Villefranche sur Mer: five in the Old Town; one at the beach, just on the edge of the Old Town; and one on the hillside just above the Old Town, yet still walking distance to everything. Three of our apartments are directly on the waterfront. All have stunning views of the sea, the Bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. They are in quiet locations, have been fully remodeled to luxury standards, and are within easy walking distance to the beautiful sandy, crescent-shaped beach, shops, and restaurants.

All our apartments have lovely views of the sea and the Old Town, most have a balcony or a terrace, and all are walking distance to the village (four are in the village). Each apartment has been fully renovated and decorated by us and each is quite unique in its décor. Each is well appointed and include the following amenities:

• Excellent, queen-sized beds from a bed store
• Lovely white cotton linens and towels (and beach towels)
• Down duvets and down and foam pillows
• Gourmet kitchens fully equipped for those who love to cook and entertain
• Desk and office area equipped with wireless broadband DSL
• Fixed phone line, basic desk supplies, satellite TV (SKY) and French TV (TNT)
• Stereo with iPod connection
• Washing machine and clothes lines off the balconies (just like the French women have)
• Iron and ironing board
• Excellent reading and mood lighting throughout (one of our hallmarks)

We have tried to think of everything; however, if something is missing our on-site staff are here to help.

Our customers have told us that each of our apartments is beautiful and special. Those who have stayed in more than one tell us it is hard to decide which one they prefer as each one is unique and offers something special. Our guiding principles are that they must function well, be beautiful to look at, feel like a home, be very comfortable, and be a fun place to live. We want to provide the right living environment for you to have a joyful experience of life on the Riviera. All apartments have been fully renovated and decorated by us, and our on-site staff cares for them personally year-round.

Delivering Personalized Customer Service

We are committed to offering the highest level of customer service, and make it begin with your initial contact with us.

From there, we will help you plan your arrival. If you like, we will be happy to arrange a taxi to meet you at the airport and bring you right to us (our Villefranche taxis are less expensive than the airport ones). We will greet you on the street and help you to the apartment. We will acquaint you with how everything works in the apartment and ensure you know how to reach us. If you are arriving late in the evening and would like us to put a few groceries in the apartment, we are happy to do so. We will also be happy to arrange a taxi for your departure.

We will acquaint you with things about Villefranche and the surrounding area and prior to your arrival we will send you some documents that acquaint you with various practical and fun things you’ll want to know about. We have an office in the Old Town that has designated office hours and will be happy to receive you there and answer any questions you may have or you can call us. Also, Villefranche has a superb tourist office right in town.

If you are staying longer than a week, we will arrange the cleaning for you weekly, where all the linens are changed and the apartment thoroughly cleaned. We are fastidious about keeping our apartments clean and well maintained and our cleaners and service providers (handyman, electrician, plumber) are all right in the village. And for those of you staying several months, we are happy to assist you arrange services helpful for longer stays, such as a bank account or mobile phone.

We hope that our personal service combined with our lovely apartments offers a genuinely unforgettable living experience — your own home away from home — without the hassles or costs associated with owning a home abroad. We take pride in the fact that many of our customers come back year after year, for weeks or months at a time, because they feel at home, with us, in lovely Villefranche sur Mer.
